EPDM Membrane

GenFlex® EPDM Membrane comes in 45 mil (1.14mm) and 60 mil (1.52mm) thick and is available in rolls up to 50' (15.24m) wide by 200' (60.95) long. It is ideal for new roofs or re-roofing applications and conforms very well over a variety of deck types and insulation materials.

Installation systems include ballasted, fully-adhered and a number of mechanically attached alternatives. Components include roofing tapes, bonding adhesive, sealants, flashing and applicable rooftop accessories.


Warranties and Code Requirements


Warranted installations are inspected by GenFlex technical representatives, ensuring that the roofing system meets all warranty requirements. A range of warranties, including Full System coverage of membrane, insulation and accessories are available.

GenFlex can provide an Underwriters Laboratories (UL) classification or Factory Mutual (FM) approval. GenFlex systems are also covered by International Code Council (ICC) and Dade County. Refer to the appropriate agency publication for other listings, or contact the GenFlex Roofing Systems technical department.


Following installation we meticulously clean and inspect the work area so it is in the same condition as before we started.
