With proper preventative maintenance, a properly installed roof will last far beyond the initial warranty period.

During the warranty period, your roof should be inspected at least once ,a year to insure that all flashings, seams, terminations etc. are in good condition. At the end of the manufacturers warranty your roof should have a thorough evaluation, at which time we offer an extension of the warranty for an additional five years. We highly recommend you call our office to schedule your inspections.

Preventative maintenance is the key. The elements can be cruel here in the Northeast and periodically checking your roofing system can prevent premature~ failure of an otherwise properly installed roof.
